1. Data controller

Korhan KÖSE, trading as Kıbrıs Hosting, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. You reach us through WhatsApp or at @kibrishosting on Instagram.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, business name, the choices you make for your site and your message.
• Technical record: the time you send the form and your IP address.
• Site test tool: the web address you type. We run the test and do not store the address.
• Domain check: the domain name you type. We run the check and do not store the name.

3. Why we process it

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
• To set up the contract and deliver the service if we agree to work together.
• To block automated submissions that abuse the form.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, on the basis of your explicit consent, necessity for entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest.

5. Who we share it with

Your request reaches us as a notification on Discord, in a private channel only we can see. Our site runs on a server we rent. The fonts on the page load from Google Fonts, and your browser passes your IP address to Google when it does so. We share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as we are in contact about your request and for at most one year after that contact ends. If you become our customer, we keep it for the length of the contract and for the retention periods the law sets.

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and runs no analytics tool that tracks you.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to have incorrect data corrected, to ask for your data to be deleted and to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent whenever you wish.

9. How to apply

Send your request to us through WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days.
